    Product Description

    A002 stainless steel electrode E308L-16 electrode is a very commonultra-low carbon stainless steel electrode, widely used in industrial welding.
    • Type of coating: It usestitanium calcium type coating (also described as rutile type), usually green or white.
    • Welding performance: The advantage of this electrode is easy to use. It is AC/DC dual-use (AC/DC), arc combustion stability, small splash, weld formation is very beautiful, easy to remove slag.

    • Cleaning treatment: rust, oil stain and moisture on the surface of weldment must be thoroughly removed before welding.
    • Control heat:
      • Low current,short arc operation is recommended.
      • Minimize heat input and avoid excessive electrode swing.
      • The interlayer temperature * is well controlledbelow 150 ° C, which can better exert its intergranular corrosion resistance.
